If you require a hard copy proof, please contact your Customer Service Representative (CSR). Provide the title name, ISBN, component, (e.g., text, cover, jacket, etc.) and any relevant page number. Your CSR will notify the Digital Service Center of your request.

Note:

  • Preflight warnings and/or errors must be resolved before this type of proof is requested.
  • Pages should not be approved until you receive the proof and approve it. Once you have received your proof and approve it, you should then approve the pages in Lakeside Scout.
  • Level two proofs may or may not be GRACoL G7 certified for color guidance. Their intent is to give a visual representation of the color that is expected in the final product. These proofs do not contain a halftone dot nor line screen structure. Also, spot colors will be simulated with CMYK inks.
